Hi, my name is Jörg – biologist by formation and sauna enthusiast by heart. After working in academia for many years I decided to follow a new path and open my own mobile sauna business. I was introduced to sauna bathing quite late, during my high school years, by close friends with whom I still celebrate sauna culture whenever the opportunity arises.

With Sauna&I, I wish to convey to you my passion for sauna bathing, and hopefully provide you with an opportunity to experience the sense of deep relaxation and feeling of renewal and peace of mind that I connect with sauna bathing.
